this could be done by setting the background property as fixed

the syntax is:
<body background="GIF/bg2007.gif" bgproperties=fixed>

I'm colorblind and I have to refer to HTML codes to choose a background color for my website. Does the color you select for your website have any role on SEO? I didn't know if the web crawlers were able to detect the color of a website?

To avoid repeated back ground using HTML code where you write it. Go to it's img tag and write new attribute style in which choose background-img option and write in it background-repeat:false and close it . Refresh the page the image is not repeating.
