Keywords density; what is safe?

Hi,
I am curious what keyword density is safe for 1 page...
Within 1 page I got 14,57% for 1 word, isn't this too much?

Keep your keyword density for target key word less than 8% a page. High keyword density will drop your SERP and may also occur to ban
by search engines.
