is it good to have reciprocal link with directories?please give suggestions...

There is no problem to get reciprocal link with directories. If you will reciprocate to the web directories then they will place you link at the top of the page and you will get high traffic. However 1 way links are always better than reciprocal links. Try to get more 1 way links from directories but if reciprocal link is required then you must reciprocate to the directories but directory should be indexed by google.

If you are talking about directories which require link exchanges then they are of no use because only low quality directories do so.
I will just advice you that you dont waste time finding such directories, you should utilise your time in finding quality link partners.

There are lot of directories offer one way submission so that no question of reciprocal link. Submit only to free directories which offer one way submission. Do link parnership with websites which offer similar kind of services that will help you to get PR.

I totally agree with this. Don't waste your time with directories that ask reciprocal link. Try to high PR directories which allowed free submission. However article submission is very effective than directory submission. Try it to build your oneway link.
