For the past 6 years or so, i've been co-running a website for a London Clubnight. They've had plenty of hosting, and from time-to-time, i've set up other websites to run from their hosting.

Over the weekend, I purchased my own hosting for HU (great service so far!) And i want to bring all my websites that i've run on this other server (Supanames) over to HU.

All of the sites are run using Textpattern. Its similar to Wordpress.

Unfortunatly, when i was using the Supanames server, they only had 1 MySQL database, so they're site and all my sites are all in the same database and it's pretty messy (21mb). Unfortunatly, Supanames don't use phpmyadmin (i dont think anyway).

I've read bits on the internet on how to move a textpattern installation and i've followed these, but it's failing miserably :'(

Does anyone have any help / tips on moving a Textpattern installation?

I have 3 to do. All the old MySQL stuff is in the old mysql database which i have a backup of. However, it fails halfway through uploading to my phpmyadmin.

Anyway, So far, as i said, i've got a backup of the Database. I've also gone into the old server, and taken a copy of the dir that i want to set up on the new one. I've uploaded it to my HU account, and i've then changed the details to show my new absolute path (/home/mrqwest/public_html...) and my new MySQL details, but it still not playing the game. Here's the error i get: -

Quote:
Warning: main(/home/mrqwest/public_html/kennedy/textpattern/publish.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/mrqwest/public_html/kennedy/index.php on line 38

Warning: main(/home/mrqwest/public_html/kennedy/textpattern/publish.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/mrqwest/public_html/kennedy/index.php on line 38

Warning: main() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/mrqwest/public_html/kennedy/textpattern/publish.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home2/mrqwest/public_html/kennedy/index.php on line 38

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: textpattern() in /home2/mrqwest/public_html/kennedy/index.php on line 39

I dont know a lot about PHP so not entirely sure what these error's are about.

Can anyone help me out?
