In SEO is there any major diference between the terms crawler and spider ?
Help much appreciated !

Hey i think you are new to SEO... Well, they are more or less the same. Crawler-based search engines, or spiders, literally “crawl” the Web looking for content. For example, Google sends its “spider” (fondly known as GoogleBot) to “crawl” the Web. So Crawler are the other name of Spider. hope this helps
