Yahoo submission, Failed submission to yahoo directory

Hi,
I try few times to register a site to yahoo directory and get an error message.
The submission failed and my site is still not found in Yahoo directories.
Unfortunately, they still charged my credit card and do that 6 times !!!
I sent them a question about it via Yahoo! Help but haven't gotten any answer.
I even can't find their Telephone numbers.
Could you help me?
