How to get fine border for Firefox

Normally i will use boardercolordark="#003399" boadercolorlight="#ffffff" to get fine borders less than 1 pixels. But this is only working in IE, not Firefox. You can check my pages www.hkhangfong.com/seo/popularengines.htm in both IE and Firefox, and can see that in IE table border is very fine, but in Firefox, it's 1 pixels without colors.

How to reach the aim to get fine border in IE also?
