Comment on other blogs.. Also submit your blog to blog directories.. Try to participate in forums and do directory submission and classified ads..

Well my above friends are absolutely true..You should comment on different blogs and should create your own and submit them to directories..The main thing which you take in mind are high relevancy and naturally occurring links..
