I wouldn't rate them top 10 mistakes there are more mistakes most of them even fatal for search engines.
I agree though they are bad for search engines.

Well, People gets lots of mistakes to optimizes their website, Also I made some mistakes to optimize my website, Like Wrong selection of keywords, I am having no textual content and wrong content, From choosing the wrong target market, I have no use of header tags, And I have excessive use of keywords.

* Failure To Use Keywords That Your Target Market Is Actually Using
* Not Getting Links
