you can be sandboxed for building too many links too quickly and for building too many keyworded links. be careful!

Sandbox is a google penalty. Links which may normally be weighted by Google's ranking algorithm, not least improving the position of a web page in Google's index, may be subjected to filtering to prevent they are having a full impact.

The new launched websites which use Black Hat SEO techniques like Spamming.. etc for get good results fast, Google send them in a box, called Sandbox. After gone website in this box, it can not be rank for next 4-6 months.
