There are some rules you should to follow when you begin building links.

[1] Differ anchor text of your website.

[2] Comprise different Keywords in title.

[3] Link site from different class C - IPs (Significant issue for SERP.)

[4] Vary kind of site, like blogs, article resources, directories etc..

[5] Not obtain all links from newer sites, and attempt to get links from older (and trusted) sites as well.

[6] Not get links from similar location (i.e. all links from footer etc..)

[7] Attempt to get links from relevant content/industry.

[8] Should Have varied PR from pages you are linking (If you are getting a group of PR6 Links that will unfavorably affect as Google may think, you are purchasing elevated PR Links

[9] Try to get authority links, like links from news sites etc.

[10] Do not try to build hundreds of links quickly.
