tnx.net banned from Google

tnx.net is banned from Google for violating Google's guidelines. If you see their site tnx.net you can see they are selling text links without nofollow and selling Pagerank links which are against Google's guidelines.

Their site is banned from Google obviously but to avoid looking like a banned site they blocked Googlebot from their site

their robots.txt ( tnx.net/robots.txt ) reads

Useragent: Googlebot
Disallow: /

Well they not only like to violate Google's guidelines they will also teach you how to hide links using their Spam tool,

forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=526547

The tool promotion page in Digital point forum reads

"Have you ever thought of WHY Google wants to scare you from buying links? Because it works great, when done with care, of course! In the previous thread "How to Rank N1 in Google for a Highly Competitive Keyword - Revealed" I spoke of some tips which will definitely help to stay away of Google's radars when buying links. Backlink building has to be done with great care - not to get penalized. 2 main points are: moderate link placement speed and a variety of link anchors to make links look natural. When over 100 new links pointing to one page appear in several days, all with same anchors (which is unnatural) - Google will most likely notice you and the pages you were promoting may disappear from SERPs for 1 month. This automated "too many links at once" filter is intended to keep you away from buying links, but it's very easy to avoid this filter! "

Already we know text-link-ads.com run by patrick gavin was banned now we have an other link broker under Google's radar go down.

If people think link brokers are the solution i recommend don't take that page. Instead find ways to improve your site and attract links.

I'm actually surprised it took so long, lol. TLA got hammered pretty quick.

They don't even show up for their name now, lol..

Didn't hear about that news. Well, I was expecting it to happen. TNX is just like the others anyway.

just wondering for tnx users out there to see how if any by using tnx has affected their se ranking and etc.

i started tnx a few months ago. I had a PR6 site and things were going good.

last month my PR went to a 4 and then beginning of march, my google traffic just tanked like 80%. words that i was ranking high for years suddenly disappeared. it was like i got banned but not really. (i could find them..just a few pages later)

now..i don't buy tnx links..i just sell tnx link space on my website. i didn't think that would be a big deal (i've read about buying too many links issues).

TNX was out as fast as they were in. I think it happened end of last year. Then the poor saps started promoting a digitalpoint thread about them trying to get it listed well.

Those guys are horrible. Anything they touch is kicked in the face. I've read so many stories about how tnx knocked good sites out of the SERPs.

TLA isn't banned, they have a penalty. YOu can find them around position 60 or so.

Well i am surprised to see how aggressive marketing these guys are upto. They are doing this as if Google is totally blind.

Its pretty sad to hear good sites getting knocked out. Its very important we bring as much awareness as possible against these type of spammers so that innocent webmasters dont get tempted into this get quick rich type of scheme.

I am surprised some people in this thread actually enjoy their tool. I feel really sorry for them

TNX is not banned, it was removed from SERPs.

Author must learn SEO basics in order to understand that websites on TNX Network do not suffer a bit from Google devaluating the third party (TNX.net)

I had this blog in my favorites ... not any more! You guys have absolutely no idea about SEO!

I had been monitoring SEO industry for more than 4 years and have seen how tnx.net has evolved. I can understand your frustration but if you think gaming Google is the only way to rank then i am totally against it.

I can understand there are some instances where you need to go outside Google's guidelines but what tnx.net is promoting seriously pisses me off. When even i go to that site i get frustrated to see everything that is promoted to Game Google. We should love Search Engines only then you can expect love from them.

If you think i dont know SEO then so be it. If you think tnx.net is not hurting sites that are participating in their program i beg to differ. Google has a very tough stance now against anything that is designed to game their algorithm and i totally support their idea to protect their property.

I feel bad that you removed my blog from your favourites but it happens and i will always raise my voice against things that are designed to hurt the innocent.

Can you please tell me more about your tool
