The Microsoft Corp. proclaimed the commencement of the MSN portal in Russia on 29th June 07. This portal is expected to become one of the three top servers on the Russian Internet within 3 years. The news content for this portal will be made available by Kommersant Publishing House, Reuters and AP. MSN Russia will permit utilizers to read news, generate blogs, swap messages, send and receive e-mail and search the web.
