Myanmar was hit by the destructive Cyclone Nargis previous week. Even though, the precise death toll is not yet surface, about one lakh people are predictable to have been killed in the disaster.
Internet giant Google has started an online donation campaign for Myanmar cyclone victims and has decided to provide up to $one million monetary help for the relief works. Google, which will contribute up to one million dollars for the relief works in Myanmar, has stated upon users to contribute efforts to help the cyclone victims.
"Your donation will help survivors and other disaster victims rebuild their communities and their lives. In addition, when you donate on this page, Google donates too. We'll donate up to one million dollars to help organizations provide relief," said a message posted on the webpage (www.Google.Com/myanmarcyclone).

Million Dollar is like a snack expense for Google. I would have expected more from a 120 billion Dollar Market cap company.
