The shadow effect can be created like this by following these steps.
1.Create a text layer.

2.Make a copy of that layer.


3.Flip it vertically.



4.Then rasterize that layer and opacity decrease it opacity level.



5.Then cut half of that layer with feather level 0f 15.



6.Finally you will get the effect like this.
