If the hosting of my website is changed from one country to another country, is there any effect on keyword ranking in SERP results.

Hosting location has no effect on rankings in my experience. I SEO many sites from Asia and AU and they often use USA hosting because it is faster, cheaper and more reliable. Some have switched to local hosting with no change. At one time it had an effect, but that was years ago.
