some factors of link building:article submission,social bookmarking,directory submission, blog commenting.etc..If you can do these all the factors then definitely you will get more traffic in your website.

At same time increase your site pages or blog pages. For every new added pages, go with social bookmarking with good social sites like linkedln, twitter,facebook,stumble,digg,delicious,xanga,livejournal etc. This social bookmarking autmatically brings traffic to your site.

Always publish unique article with attractive and quality rich content. Because once traffic comes to your site then there is no gauarantee to stay more time if not found anything new. Use newsletter option and bookmarking option in your article. Then you can get repeat traffic too.
