Buying text links is of course a legitimate marketing apply but such links should never be bought on the basis of Page Rank score. It’s simply not a helpful metric for such a decision.<\/p>\n

There is plenty of opportunity to buy text links. If you are going to buy text links, then do so based on marketing decisions:<\/p>\n

  • Does the site serve your objective markets and offer potential for getting quality traffic?<\/li>\n
  • Will your text link be reachable to search engines?<\/li>\n
  • Is the content of the site companionable with the products or services that you offer?<\/li>\n
  • Is the design of the site expert and do the companies who have already bought text links appear to be highly regarded?<\/li>\n
  • Do you have a financial plan and a target in mind? You will spend $x and be expecting sales of at least $y in return.<\/li>\n
