Those sections are:

  1. DEFINED TERMS: There are various terms which are often used and are not easily understandable by the beginners and so to avoid such problems google has put this section before 'I agree' button to make seller's perfect. One can get the definition of these terms: Service Disputes, Products, Adword agreement, Beta features, Brand features, Buyer, Customer, Disputes, Google, Google merchandising value, Intellectual Property Rights, Payment Account, Payment Transaction, Purchase Amount, Reserve Requirement, Seller Web Site, Service, Service Fee and Settlement Account.
  2. SERVICE FEATURES AND DESCRIPTION: Seller hereby admits and concurs that: Seller's sales of goods are dealings flanked by the Seller and the Buyer and not with GPC or any of GPC's associates. (GPC is a third-party service provider making easy Payment Transactions for Seller and is not a party to any Payment deal)There are so many service features in this section and seller's can collect the details regarding the various processes. Those service features are listed here Prohibited Actions, Limitations, Permissible Payment Transactions, Beta or Unsupported Features',
  3. SERVICE IMPLEMENTATION: The sellers get a wide detail about the service implementation and its other properties in this section. This part starts with an introduction to Implementation of Service and follows with Implementation Setup, Updates, and Notice of System Changes.
  4. ADDITIONAL SERVICE TERMS: This section adds up few more service terms which are very important again. It includes l information on GPC Not a Banking Institution, Unclaimed Property, No Endorsement, No Representation As to Customer Identity and Disputes.
  5. BRAND FEATURES, LABELING, BRANDING, ATTRIBUTION, AND PR: This segment comprises of introduction to brand features, labeling techniques, branding, attribution and page rank briefly. They are explained under the various headings which are License to GPC Brand Features, License to Seller Brand Features, Brand Features Right, Title and Interest and Publicity.
  6. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS: This section holds the information on the various processes of dealings and financial methods, fees, terms related to payment etc, So that Sellers get full economic information in advance. Sellers can easily grab the information on Service Fees, Payment Terms, Reserve Requirement, Refunds and Adjustments, Payment Transaction Processing Credit1 and Payment Transaction Processing Credit2.
  7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROPRIETARY RIGHTS: This particular section makes seller aware about the important part that is 'Confidentiality'. Sellers will also be made conscious of the 'Username and Password Information' and has also clearly mentioned that any unauthorized uses will be the sellers' responsibility and google checkout won't be answerable. Sellers will also be made alert of the Proprietary Rights.
  8. WARRANTIES; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: It has been made very clear in this section that the seller represents warrants, and covenants on various points which are very well explained in Representations, Warranties and Covenants. This section also elaborates a few to many important points on Disclaimer of Warranties.
  9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: Sellers can get complete information on Limitation of Liability and Seller Indemnification in this section.
  10. TERMINATION: Here in this segment a seller can get the information on rules and formalities to be followed and done respectively during the end of the contract or if seller wants to quit the contract in between. The formalities to be done By Seller and By GPC is completely given and also a brief explaination on Effect of Termination.
  11. GENERAL: This section includes various other sub-segments containing information which are not so effective in beginning but will be a crucial one for future. It includes Notice to GPC, Notice to Seller, Governing Law; Venue, Entire Agreement; Modification, Assignment, Force Majeure and Other Provisions.
  12. Exhibit A: Three Party Agreements between Seller, GPC, and Paymentech, L.P.

This Exhibit A applies to all Sellers who use the Service to connect in collective deal amounts of five thousand dollars ($5,000) or more in gross merchandise volume (GMV) for three consecutive months. This Exhibit contains terms required by the groups of Card issuer banks or debit networks that facilitate the use of payment cards ("Associations"). These terms form a three-party agreement between the Seller subject to Exhibit A, GPC, and Paymentech, L.P. ("Paymentech"), the service provider with which GPC has entered into a separate agreement to assist GPC in processing Seller's Payment Transactions. When sellers are totally perfect with the Terms of Services and the other important criteria, for their satisfaction and pre-confirmation they can view the:

Privacy policy - The Google Privacy Policy describes how Google treats personal information when sellers use Google's products and services. This google privacy policy educates the viewers about the collection of information, it includes- registration information, transaction information and information collected from third parties. A brief explanation of all the three is given.

This privacy policy is for both buyers and sellers. Next in this policy is 'how google uses the information they collect' this is for making its users ensure about the information they give will be used in a right way. This section educates users about the diverse purposes google is going to use the information for the betterment of the users.

The third part in this privacy policy is 'information security' making users confirmed about the guarantee they give for hiding the information from any third person to avoid fraud and other problems. In 'accessing and updating the information' users acknowledge that they can review the information they give and can disable google checkout.

As per the heading 'sharing with associates' users comes to know that the information which they give to Checkout will be shared with the 'Google Payment Corporation'. The users if doesn't want Google Checkout to share their non-transaction data's with GPC, they can opt it by clicking on the link in the policy. Policy also comprises of some few regulations for the merchants using 'web beacons' (A web beacon is an electronic image in a web page, usually consisting of a single-pixel (1 x 1 GIF), that allows the website to analyze user traffic.)

Google Checkout content policies - Google has developed the following policies to make sure overall program quality and an optimistic user experience for everyone. Any individual or business processing transactions through Google Checkout must stick to these policies. When users view this page they can see a tabular presentation of two rows holding "Unacceptable product categories" and its "Examples".

Unacceptable product categories includes Adult goods and services, Alcohol, Body parts, Bulk marketing tools, Buyer/discount clubs, Cable descramblers and black boxes, Child pornography, Credit and collections, Copyright unlocking devices, Copyrighted media, Copyrighted software, Counterfeit and unauthorized goods, Drugs and drug paraphernalia, Drug test circumvention aids, Endangered species, Financial products, services, and stored value, Fund solicitations, Gaming/gambling, Government IDs or documents, Hacking and cracking materials, Illegal goods( all the products being selled by merchants must be legal), Infomercials, Wholesale currency, Miracle cures, Multi-level marketing, Offensive goods, Offensive goods, crime, Precious metals, Prepaid goods and services, Prescription drugs or pharmacies, Pyrotechnic devices and hazardous materials, Rebate-based businesses, Regulated goods, Securities, Subscriptions, Travel packages and offers, Tobacco and cigarettes, Traffic devices, Upsell products, Wholesale currency and Weapons.

Google reserves the right to expand or edit these policies at any time. Google will also exercise its sole judgment in the understanding and enforcement of these policies in combination with the program's Terms of Service.

After going through these segments one can decide to quit from the registration part if they are not entirely happy with the various 'terms of services'. Sellers can continue with the registration process after clicking the 'I agree' box if they are really satisfied with the complete rules and regulations. As per the concerned authorities of google "it is better to go through the rules and regulation sections and continue the registration process because if once the bond is done and if in future the sellers are not satisfied with some agreement affiliated to the rules explained in advance then the google authorities will not be responsible and it will no way be termed as fraud".
