He knows how to have fun, how to laugh and make others happy around him. Subhash started working here as a team member, but because of his performance he had been promoted as team leader and now he is an assistant operational officer. Having done BE in computer science, his interests are playing carrom, chess, table tennis, and shuttle. He has won many prizes also. With good leadership skills, he is also expert in operating systems, databases like My SQL, access, testing tools, scripting languages like HTML, Java Script, software testing, trouble shooter, OS commerce. Subhash is well known for his entertainment and sports activities. He has handled many projects regarding on page and off page optimization for our clients. On the whole, he is a webmaster by profession.
Being a hard working person he doesn’t see time while working. He is the most dedicated person in our firm. He has the ability to motivate his team members for good work. Subhash has the ability to delegate tasks to his team members neatly. He is able to respond immediately to any problem and arrive at a solution before it escalates. He is considered a good team leader because he has confidence on his team member’s abilities that they will complete the task efficiently and on time. A true leader can generate excitement, command respect, and can motivate others to act. Because of all these qualities he became team leader in a very short span of time. Because of his hard work he is now assistant operational officer in our company.
