Providing top-notch service and client experience, we have established a liberal cancellation and refund policy to help our valuable customers.
1.All projects commence with a detailed analysis and an outline of the scope of work document, to ensure both the parties have a clear and comprehensive understanding of the work required. Thus, there is no likelihood of project cancellations, reversals, or any other disputes.
2.As a considerable amount of time is spent to achieve all targets and to complete every project module, reimbursement is not possible for works already completed.
3. If a project is terminated on mutual interests, the accountability for payment of further works will become void and the client will have the control of all completed work. Payment done previously will not be reimbursed; any transfer of work will be additional and charged hourly at $ 150/hr.
4.Payment made will not be reimbursed once the mock-up designs are approved and the project scales to the development phase.
5.Partial refunds are not entertained when the project is midway through a milestone phase.
6.Cancellation of services offered by the marketing team on special occasions is not permissible. They are limited period offers which come under our non-cancellable policy.
7.SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable, but with an advance 30 days written notice, the client may cancel a digital marketing service, provided that the agreement/contract's initial term of obligation has already been completed.
8.Refund on deposits or payments are not entertained for abandoned and inactive projects.
9.If Search engine genie has made any exempt for a client, and has delivered the project or service, and if the client fails to disburse the outstanding balance payable, the company will seek for other methods of collection of payment as stated in our terms & conditions policy.
10.A cancellation fee of 20% + a monthly 2% compounded interest fee must be paid if the project or any portion of the project scope is terminated.
11.Qualifying for no refunds, deposit hours for support and maintenance retainer agreements must be paid in advance. In the deposit of your hourly support agreement, the inactive time can be used as credit towards future work. For support and maintenance retainers, monthly billing starts on the 1st and the closing stages will be on the last day of each month (if hours are used). Within 10 days of invoice, the payment must be made and all hours will be billed at the end of each month. No reimbursement is done for tickets which have been approved by the client.
