Under Settings heading in your Account, click "Seller Account Information" -> click Edit button in the "Credit Card Information" section. Give all the necessary details and click Submit button. The Payments Account Summary displays all of the fees details that you are charged for Marketplace sales. Your fees total for every order includes:

You can simply close all your listings when you do not have a subscription. Your Seller Account will become inactive once all your sales are completed and your account balance reaches zero. However, if you have subscribed for the Pro Merchant program, you need to cancel your subscription, delete listings, finalize all sales and settle your Payments account. After this, your Seller Account will turn inactive. Although when the seller portion of your account is inactive you can still place orders on Amazon.com.
