There are some rules you should to follow when you start building links.

  • Change the anchor text of your website.

  • Include diverse Keywords in title.

  • Link site from different sites like blogs, article resources, directories etc.

  • Not get all links from newly created sites, and try to get links from older sites as well.

  • Don’t get links from same location.

  • Try to get links from related content or industry.

  • Should have different PR from pages you’re linking.

  • Try to obtain authority links, like links from news site etc.

  • Do not attempt to build hundreds of links quickly.
