Google launches Ajax search tools
Google has exposed version 1.0 of the Google Ajax Search API. It tool allows site operators to display Google Search and other search results on their websites where previously search results were displayed on a new page.
The Asynchronous JavaScript and XML API could offer results from Google Search, News, Maps, Video and other Blog search features.
The API also offers a maximum of eight results to prevent users from launching their own search engine. Search results would consist of sponsored listings and advertisers would not be charged for click-through during the current test phase.
