FOX News and Yahoo team up
FOX news will now provide business news video to Yahoo Finance with a new co-branded service known as “FOX Business Now”.
The initiative that exposed today on Yahoo! Finance brings FOX News business programming to the internet’s number financial place, and, which also includes nine two-minute market reports every week day. The agreement between FOX and Yahoo Finance is a very important step that Yahoo has taken towards the growing demand for business news video and it would even more expand market leading position.
Yahoo partners with Reuters on eyewitness pictures
Yahoo Inc., is now in partnership with Reuters, which is inviting the public to contribute eyewitness photos and videos of recent news events. Another latest move also concentrates on spot journalists.
Yahoo is also planning to run selected images displayed by users as a part of topical packages on Yahoo News. Yahoo News currently offers news from dozens of official news society including Associated Press, CNN and Reuters.
Pittsburgh Google office opens
Google had officially opened its Pittsburgh engineering office at Google Pittsburgh on November 17.
This office is situated in the lower part of Collaborative Innovation Center, it’s a four story building constructed in 2005 to give place and lab space for businesses for collaborating purpose with Carnegie Mellon. The purpose of the recent renovations was just to customize the space in Google’s requirements.
Google comes with teacher’s online software
Google is up with its new software applications in kindergarten through high school classrooms, where kids who have knowledge with web are more likely to experiment with different technology.

Google now Invests in Indoor Mesh
Google (NASDAQ: GOOG – message board) is now working with few early-stage startup Meraki Networks Inc. on indoor mesh technology. Google invested in Meraki, the search giant said to have “relatively small” six-figure investment in Mountain View, Calif., start up. According to a source Google would test the box with business that is between its Mountain View WiFi mesh coverage areas.

This site within Yahoo will serve as an online social destination for fans of games, movies and other products to congregate and share and connect with each other. Yahoo is now hopping that their brand universe will drive more traffic and advertising revenue to sites.
Google Spreadsheets API now available
Google Spreadsheets is up with its newest application to use called GData API. Its library allows programs to use Google products even outside Google environment. According to Google, with this new Spreadsheets API you’ll be able to:
- view spreadsheets
- edit/delete content in spreadsheets
- request a list of existing spreadsheets
- query a spreadsheet’s content
