Google officially grasps GrandCentral

On July 2 Google finalized the agreement to obtain web-based voice startup GrandCentral Communications. GrandCentral, which has moved up approximately $4 million from Minor Ventures, permits users to have one combined telephone number. This advancement can make calls to single phone number ring different places – work, home, mobile and VoIP. This technology is also customizable so that only few phones ring from certain callers.
