GPhone vs. iPhone

Google is on the way to give a last touch for his GPhone project. Google has a goal to extend its dominance in online marketing to the emerging mobile advertising industry, which is likely to grow in the upcoming years. Windows Live Tools integrated by Microsoft

Microsoft Corp is now decided to integrate the Windows Live applications to its Visual Studio toolkit for building more developer base for its online platform. Further it is adding controls to Visual Studio 2008, which would permit developers to get connected with Window Live services to fresh tools they are on the way to build, stated by Adam Sohn, director in the Online Services Group of Microsoft. It is at present testing the technology inside and might as well include it in the current 2005 version of Visual Studio, but that is yet to be decide on that, he said.

Yet to start a GPhone era

Google Inc. is growing its own mobile phone, according to industry insiders and market analysts, while a Google official in Spain acknowledged recently that the company is investigating such a project.

A spokeswoman said Friday stated that Google is focusing on growing mobile services, but the company declined to speak further.

Gadget fans that only two months ago were gripped with the possible revolutionary impact on the phone industry of Apple Inc.’s iPhone — due in June at prices starting approximately around $500 — have shifted their interest to whether Google is growing an even lower-cost phone.
