As the leader for SEO, you will be responsible for SEO strategy and execution for the Amazon.com family of websites. You will use quantitative analysis and experimentation to develop and implement new techniques for search engine optimization. Your team will be cross-functional, including software and web engineers. Our Ideal Candidate:Candidates must be highly intelligent and have a passion for quantitative analysis and decision-making. The ideal candidate has a background in computer science and experience developing software. Candidates should have experience prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects, and should be comfortable working with technical and non-technical staff and maintaining strong working relationships across teams and across companies.Qualifications:
BS or higher in computer science or related fields. Graduate degrees preferred.
3+ years of search engine optimization and management experience.
3+ years of software or web development experience.
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
