Microsoft has warned yahoo that it needs to keep up with the deadlines on Accepting the bid, Steve Balmer is an angry letter to Yahoo has said yahoo has 3 weeks to meet its deadline on accepting Microsoft’s bid on 31$ per share which accounts to around 42 billion dollars. If yahoo doesn’t meet the deadline Microsoft will take the matter to its investors.

Yahoo has responded strongly by ways of finding tie ups with AOL, Google inc, Myspace etc to increase its potential revenue. Also in intervening weeks Yahoo will be posting its earning potential for the next 3 weeks where it projects increase of 70% of its revenue. Yahoo is struggling all possible ways to increase the value of its company inturn increase the bid value of Microsoft,

As per current Market share in search yahoo gained 1 percent and currently has 21.6 % Market share. Google is steady with 59% and MSN while is only around 9%. Microsoft is keen to gain in Search market and they cannot just let go of yahoo for few Billions.
